I’m very happy that I bought your chopping board. It arrived safely packaged and has been hand crafted beautifully with great care. Knowing that it’s been hand crafted makes me appreciate it more. Thanks

These cups are beautifully proportioned - both a pleasure to hold as well as to drink from. The surface texture gives them an old-world, hand-crafted feel. Elevates coffee to a ritual.

One word... 'Amazing'

Arrived safely in Indonesia, super love it.. the color, detailed, finisihing, felt personal and made with respect. Thank you.

The teacup set is beautiful, it was packaged carefully and delivery to Toronto, Canada was quick. The team behind Tsukushi are first-rate, and I would recommend them.

Regaleremo le due ciotoline per un matrimonio, sono bellissime e sono arrivate in modo impeccabile a livello di protezione. Grazie per la cura!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Tsukushi.

We chose a beautiful set of Japanese ceramics to celebrate our third anniversary — our first anniversary in the new home we bought together. Because the date was very important to us, we contacted the shop asking if there was any possibility of shipping our order quickly enough for it to arrive in time.

What happened went far beyond our expectations.

They shipped our order immediately, and the package arrived on the exact day of our anniversary. But the most touching surprise was inside.

We had asked if they could include a little anniversary wish, and they went much further: they included a beautiful handwritten message in Japanese, with a traditional wish for us.

It was an incredibly thoughtful and personal gesture. Opening that package together, on our anniversary, in the first home we have bought together, and discovering their handwritten message turned an already meaningful gift into a memory that will stay with us for a very long time.

The ceramics themselves are beautiful, but what impressed us just as much was the extraordinary care, kindness and attention shown by Tsukushi. You can really feel that there are people behind this shop who understand and care about the meaning that these objects and Japanese traditions can have for the people receiving them.

To everyone at Tsukushi: thank you from both of us. Thank you for listening to our request, for making every effort to get our gift to us in time, and especially for the beautiful handwritten Japanese wish.

You didn't simply deliver our order on time. You became a small but very special part of the memory of our third anniversary and of the beginning of our life together in our new home.

We will think of this experience every time we use our ceramics.

With all our gratitude,

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Tsukushi.

Glaze and technique are masterfully used to evoke the image of trees on these teacups.

The shopping experience is delightful and easy.

These teacups are truly unique! The glaze masterfully combines black with the sparkling blue of the ocean!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The team was extremely attentive, caring, and professional throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and they genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this seller and would definitely buy from them again!

I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The Manaita is beautifully made, feels very high quality, and is even more beautiful in person. I’m very satisfied with it and would definitely recommend it. A wonderful little piece of Japan to have at home!
