A Meoto Jawan (夫婦茶碗), meaning “husband and wife bowls,” is a traditional Japanese pottery bowl set symbolizing harmony and balance in relationships.

The set consists of two bowls, a larger one for the husband and a smaller one for the wife.

Handcrafted in small batches by master potter Kazuhiro Kojima, the rims stay slightly organic so the bowls feel natural in the hand. A pale green glaze meets warm blush, breaking into fine patterning near the lip.

A classic wedding or anniversary gift, made to be used for rice, desserts, pickles, ice cream, or small salads.
