Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped.
This includes verifying your payment, packing your order, and preparing it for shipment.

We take pride in handling everything ourselves, from sourcing high-quality products to carefully packing and shipping them directly from Japan.
Because we handle everything in-house, some products may take longer than 5 business days to process before shipment.
However, you can be assured that we will keep you informed every step of the way. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped by Air via EMS (Express mail Service) with a tracking number.
You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number once your order is shipped.

Failed Delivery Terms
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and responding promptly to any courier communication.
If the courier cannot deliver the package due to unpaid fees, incorrect contact information, or lack of response, the shipment may be returned or disposed of by customs.
If the package is returned, any related costs, including return shipping and handling fees, will be deducted from your refund, if the order is eligible for a refund under our Return Policy.
Shipments that cannot be returned to Japan are not eligible for a refund.
